I am a Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) therapist with over 12 years of experience treating anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, parenting challenges, life transitions, and stress. I have a deep understanding of the emotional and mental demands of the high-pressure environments many people are faced with today.

Drawing on my extensive knowledge and robust skill set in cognitive behavioral therapies, I customize therapy to ensure you are achieving the growth, healing, and lasting change you seek. I use proven, research-backed treatments, including Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), and the Nurtured Heart Approach for parenting.

Sessions are held virtually on Google Meet and are typically 55 minutes long. During your first appointment, we’ll discuss what you hope to get out of therapy as well as your relevant life history. From there, we’ll begin working toward your treatment goals, setting an agenda together each session to ensure we’re focusing on what feels most important and impactful to you. Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework, I'll work with you to build on your strengths and find practical tools and strategies that support your goals and well-being.
